The Constructor Instructions

The small piles of stones are empty lots.
If there is a wood sign in the lot it is own by the government, not the constructor.
If the house is gray it is own by the government, not the constructor.
The Yellow star on the constructor menu, tells you your GOALs for the level of The Constructor flash game.
Blueprints are needed to construct houses.
To draft any blueprint, press the BLUEPRINT button, that looks like a blue outlined house.
Each blueprint costs the constructor money.
Click on a empty lot owned by the constructor to build a house or building.
Then click the CONSTRUCT HOUSE button to choose which house or building to construct.
When you mouse over each house or building, the menu will tell you what is needed to construct the structure.
The constructor earns rental income automatically in this flash game. Click on the RENT button, the solid brown house, to see what your current rental income is.
To upgrade a house, click on the house and this will take you to the constructor menu where you will click on UPGRADE.
The constructor can upgrade a house up to 3 stars.
If you need money you can sell your house or empty lot.
To buy materials click on the pile of logs, and decide how much lumber to buy for the constructor.
Sometimes you will need more workers, click on the button with the saw and hammer.
Sometimes houses get damaged, click on the damaged house to fix, or you can DEMOLISH instead of reconstructing it.
A government house can also go up for sale, click on the house for the constructor to buy it.
Remember you have a deadline on the right side of the screen. Finish all the constructor goals before the bar hits the deadline to move on to the next level of the flash game.
